Overview

Toolifyx (https://www.toolifyxapp.com) provides free online tools for images, PDFs, text, and business documents. Most processing runs in your web browser. We do not operate accounts for these tools, and we do not intend to store the files you upload for tool processing on our servers.

What we do not do

• We do not require sign-in to use the core tools.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not claim ownership of content you process with our tools.

Files and tool processing

When you compress an image, merge a PDF, or use similar tools, the work typically happens locally in your browser using client-side libraries. Your files are not sent to us for storage as part of that workflow. You remain responsible for backups, exports, and any copies you save to your device or cloud drives.

Clearing your browser cache or closing the tab may remove in-memory data from that session. Download results only to locations you trust.

Information we may collect automatically

Like many websites, we may collect limited technical data to keep the service secure and understand usage:

• Device and browser type, general region (from IP), and pages visited
• Referring URL and approximate performance metrics
• Cookie or similar identifiers used for analytics, as described below

We use this information in aggregate to fix errors, improve tools, and measure traffic — not to profile you for advertising based on file contents.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics or similar services to understand how visitors use Toolifyx. These providers may set cookies and process usage data under their own policies. You can limit tracking through browser settings, opt-out tools offered by analytics vendors, or ad-blocking extensions.

Hosting and infrastructure

The public website is served over HTTPS. Our hosting provider (for example Vercel) may process server logs (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamps) for security and reliability. Those logs are governed by the provider's privacy practices.

Third-party links

Our site may link to external pages (documentation, social profiles, partner content). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate. Review their policies before sharing personal data.

Children

Toolifyx is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Your choices

• Use private browsing if you do not want local session data retained on a shared computer.
• Disable cookies in your browser where permitted by law and product functionality.
• Contact us with questions about data we hold about you (typically limited to server logs).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
